Returns

You have 33 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be shipped back to us in used condition or unused condition that you received it in. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase from www.FastEAZE14.com.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, open up a ticket  at www.FastEAZE14.com/help and send your item to our return address. 

If you are trying to get a travel roll-on bottle replaced, please be aware that due to a small valve being inside you may need to hold the bottle at a 45 degree angle to get the valve to open up.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
